I need to post this and see what you guys have to say. I sent a letter to Quix, IBOAI board, and all of my Upline requesting a refund on all tools bought in the past 180 days. Now I read in the BSMAA that I can do that, and that if requested, the upline who sold them to me is supposed to contact me and we are to work out some kind of equally agreeable settlement. I have to provide proof of purchase and return the tools, to the upline that buys them back. Quix emailed me and said yes thats how it works. Now, here is why I am requesting this refund. 1st of all I was always sent "extra" sets of tools each week that I did not order, so I have QUITE a collection of doubles. 2nd I wanted to see if Upline would uphold the BSMAA agreement and give me the refund that I am supposed to get. I have gotten no response to date from anyone other than Quix about this matter. I emailed about 2 weeks ago, I sent another email and attached Quix's response to Upline, still no answer. Has anyone out there ever heard of anyone getting a refund on the tools? Did you know that you could request one and are supposed to get it? It may not be a "full" refund of what you paid, but there is to be a refund that is agreed upon by all parties. How should I pursue this? I dont want to just "let it go" as I dont need these tools anymore and again I am only returning the unopened doubles that I never ordered to begin with. I paid full price for them and have reciepts and bank statements to prove this, according to Quix, I am entitled. Where do I go from here? Also another thing, Did any of you give your Upline signed blank checks for your tools? We are taught that in my line of sponsorship, infact I had a few IBO's who gave me signed blank checks so that when their tools came in I just made the check out myself and deposited it into my business account. Looking back Im like Why did I do that?? Not in any other situation would I ever have done that, infact I had an IBO who's spouse, upon hearing that she had given me signed blank checks, said "get them back". Now this spouse knew me well and Im sure trusted me fully but again, thats just not something you do. My upline was out of town so they talked me into it by saying how much more convienient it would be, and it was it worked well for the most part. By the way, Upline DID return the check book immediatly when I requested it back a few months ago, no checks missing, no problems. Any thoughts????
